I’m having trouble getting sound from Bink videos in the Windows version of our game. If I disable FMOD, all is well. With FMOD running, I don’t get any sound from Bink videos.

I’ve tried passing System::getOutputHandle() into BinkSoundUseDirectSound and I’ve tried BinkSoundUseDirectSound(0) – neither works. BinkSoundUseDirectSound(0) works when FMOD is disabled.

Bink support says FMOD might be allocating all of the DirectSound voices – if that’s true, how do I prevent that? They also say FMOD might be setting the priority to exclusive – how do I prevent that?

Thanks,

Mike.
