Every so often we get dull audio. Its like the high frequencies above 2-4 kHz get rolled off. We once did some tests and found making a lot of nested categories in a project could cause it, so we have since had to rethink how we did arranged this. We are on PS3.

Recently the issue seems to have come back. We have a few tests for it, such as broken glass samples and reverb tails. I would love to find out if anyone else has experienced this, and if so what they did about it.

We are on FMOD Designer 4.17.01, not sure the exact Ex but its recent to this designer version.

Hm dull audio could only be due to a lowpass filter. Can you run event player or your game and view the dspnetwork using the fmod profiler? That would show what is happening in your DSP tree.
