Hi,
I’m trying to stitch two loops together on demand from user input. The input is sent on the beat (with a certain threshold obviously) and it is at that very moment that I want to "gaplessly" queue then switch to my other loop. I’ve looked at the realtimestitching example as it looks like a good place to start, but I fear about latency and the user hearing it.

Any idea on what the next steps would be? For example, is there a way tell a subsound in a sentence to loop till I say to go to the next index?

Or maybe sentencing isn’t the solution here and there would be another way to approach my problem.

Thanks,
Fred

I recommend you look into using Channel::setDelay with FMOD_DELAYTYPE_DSPCLOCK_START and FMOD_DELAYTYPE_DSPCLOCK_END. This is what our music system uses internally. Sentencing was found to be a bit too inflexible for music synchronisation.
