Below is the code I used to use

then later in my code I want to make bonus.wav loop

FSOUND_Sample_SetLoopMode(fx,FSOUND_LOOP_NORMAL);

All fine and dandy, working ok :)

Having downloaded fmodce3.6 I recompiled an old game and FSOUND_Sample_SetLoopMode has disappeared. Looking through the FMOD forums I see that it has been replaced with FSOUND_Sample_SetMode and that I can use the same parameters. I try it

FSOUND_Sample_SetMode(fx,FSOUND_LOOP_NORMAL);
[/code:18rlx6wa]

it compiles but gives me an exception fault. Please could someone tell me what I have done wrong?
