Im trying to create a pong game. Pretty simple i know :). What i want is background music to be playing and when a collision to occur with the wall’s or paddles, to play another collision sound.

However, while im playing the Background music, if i want to play a sound clip when a collision event occurs, i cant hear anything.
In fact, the only way i can seem to figure out how to play and hear the collision is to a first stop the background music completly and then play the collision once the background music is stopped.

I just cant seem to get two clips of sound to be playing at the same time.

Any suggestions on what to do here?
If i need to show what im doing in code i will. Pretty much just creating seperate objects for each piece of sound and trying to play them individually.
