Hi there,

I’d like to know if it is possible to generate my own sounds with FMOD. I don’t want to use a recorded one with my program like wav files. If it is can you give the me name of function for this. Thanx helping me.

To create your own sounds you can use System::createDSPByType with FMOD_DSP_TYPE_OSCILLATOR.

The options for this type of DSP are:

[b:30iv8d20]FMOD_DSP_OSCILLATOR_TYPE[/b:30iv8d20]
[i:30iv8d20]Waveform type. 0 = sine. 1 = square. 2 = sawup. 3 = sawdown. 4 = triangle. 5 = noise. [/i:30iv8d20]

[b:30iv8d20]FMOD_DSP_OSCILLATOR_RATE[/b:30iv8d20]
[i:30iv8d20]Frequency of the sinewave in hz. 1.0 to 22000.0. Default = 220.0. [/i:30iv8d20]
