We are constantly building fev’s and fsb’s for many different platforms. It would save us a lot of time if there were tick boxes for platforms in the build menu, rather than a dropdown list, so we could select multiple platforms to build at once.

Is this possible, it would save us a lot of time, and prevent building the same platform’s fsb’s multiple times just in case we didn’t (come on, you know you know what I’m talking about :-) ) 😆

I updated the thread title to be more specific

you could just build it with command line batch file

like:
"c:\Program Files\FMOD SoundSystem\FMOD Designer\fmod_designercl.exe" -pc -b folder_ch00 project_ch00
ren fmod_designer.log ch00.windx9.log
"c:\Program Files\FMOD SoundSystem\FMOD Designer\fmod_designercl.exe" -xbox360 -b folder_ch00 project_ch00
ren fmod_designer.log ch00.xbox360.log
"c:\Program Files\FMOD SoundSystem\FMOD Designer\fmod_designercl.exe" -ps3 -b folder_ch00 project_ch00
ren fmod_designer.log ch00.ps3.log

We have multiple projects with multiple fsb’s though, so we would need a batch file for each project. That’s a great idea for when we need to do the whole thing.

The ability to select all or some platforms first, then the fsb’s that need building, is what we are looking for. That would keep it flexible and heighten the radness of Designer and the Fmod team tenfold. At least tenfold, maybe somewhat more.
