Hi,
what if one was wishing to create a sound from using the custom dsp functionality, where it ignores the input buffer sample data and within the function create a new buffer of data that fill the output buffer.
Though what happens if the new buffer of data is much larger value than the length variable of the function?

Is there any chance of corruption?

Thanks

Data would be being written beyond the bounds of the array which is very bad.
