Yea so im a little new to this, i downloaded the fmod [iPhone] API to my mac and installed it.. Now how do i include what i need to my project? i want to basically use the same sort of functions as the pitchdetection sample, ive tried importing the headers and libraries and still doesnt work so i know im doing it wrong- please explain…Yes im a noob (sort of) 😆

It’s hard to guess why it isn’t working for you. If you could post the errors you are getting perhaps we can explain them for you?

The general approach though is include / import the headers, ensure you code file has an "mm" extension if you are writing C++ along with your objective C and link with the appropriate library "libfmodex_iphoneos.a" for the device, "libfmodex_iphonesimulator.a" for the simulator.

Yea i actually got it almost working now – i did import the headers and stuff properly

now i got 3 errors left to solve??

Heres a screenie of my errors – i have no idea whats causing this now…this app is targeting the 3.0 iPhone OS.
