[:uuykhkn5] Streams using FMOD_NONBLOCKING now seek/reflush in FMOD_NONBLOCKING thread instead of the stream decode thread. This has the advantage of not stalling other streams that are playing while the seeking stream flushes. Basically it improves sound stability = less stuttering while seeking.

Hello ,
I downloaded latest stable version: 4.28 for Windows 32.bit.
But after installation, the file fmodex.dll shows version 4.23.
However, in it says version:4.26.10.
What does it mean? Is it a mistake? Are you going to have another installer with correct version of the file?
