can’t hear any sound after re-connecting the earphone.
re-connecting means that I pulled out while the sound is being heard and after i pluged it back in (same slot), I can’t here any sound.

I tried it with the sample.

it can be reproduced in the latest version (stable)

On a lot of Windows 7 machines the sound cards do jack sensing which means when you plug in a device or unplug it the device is destroyed and recreated.

What you can do to overcome this problem is use System::setCallback to register for device list changed notifications. When a device is unplugged you can re-enumerate and choose a new device to play out of.

The simplest behaviour, if you are only interested in playing out the default device, is simply call System::setDriver(0) in response to your device being removed. You can track which devices are added and removed by using their GUID from System::getDriverInfo().
