Hi, I need to call the routines
[code:k8ziy0k0]Sound::lock(...)
Sound::unlock(...)[/code:k8ziy0k0]
Before the call of Sound::unlock(…) I would check if it’s locked to avoid multiples call.
In my case in a destructor and in another routine.

Can fmod provide a [code:k8ziy0k0]bool Sound::isLocked()[/code:k8ziy0k0]?

I would do something like:
[code:k8ziy0k0]
if( m_Sound->isLocked() )
m_sound->unlock(...);
else
cout << "Already unlocked";[/code:k8ziy0k0]

Best Regards,
Franco

Hi franco,

Sounds aren’t meant to be locked for long periods of time. You should lock, copy data, unlock.
