I have the following situation:

sound def. 1: wavetable 1
sound def. 2: wavetable 2
sound def. 3: wavetable 3

So, when I move wavetable 2 and then wavetable 3 in sound def 1 – there appear three identical files in sound def 1 … They kept their original names, but the content is identical – all the files are like wavetable 3! If I send them back to their original sound defs. – it’a all ok – names and content are correct.

Same problem appears when I copy/paste or just import new wavetables to already existing sound def.

I’m running Designer v.4.28.08, Vista x32 Business SP2

The conclusion is: I cannot have different wavetables in one sound def. – import or copy/paste some files and the result is: different file names and identical content! And this is disastrous!

any suggestions ……..?

Try changing the "Play mode" to Random.
