I meet a strange things, I cann’t hear a 3d engine sound, but when I check the debug info, find that:
1. event::getState() return 24 means the event is playing.
2. channel::isVirtual() return false means the event doest go virtual.
3. event::getinfo() return the audibility 0.3-0.45,

but why I cann’t hear the sound, so there is any method or function to check whether I can hear a sound.

If you connect your game to FMOD Profiler you can see the volume levels of your events. That might help you isolate the problem.
