FMOD Designer, build 4.30.02

I’m loading a loop file with length X (perfectly looped) – when I try to play it in event editor (one-layer event) – the length is X-y and the loop is broken … I’ve checked all the settings – couldn’t find the problematic one …

When I play back the sound definition – it’s OK, normal length, perfect loop …

Any ideas are welcome!

In Event Editor, is the Loop Mode set to "Loop (and cut off or play to end)"? Is the Loop Count set to "-1"?

In the Events tab, is the Oneshot set to "No"?

yep, sound instance props are correct (btw I try all the cases for the loop behavior – no change) … oneshot is set to NO … 😕

Can you try a newer version of Fmod Designer?

Perhaps it’s just an auditioning bug and will still work in game…
Perhaps it’s something that has been fixed since Designer 4.30.02

I have to wait for confirmation from our dev team, before installing the new version … I’ll write here if the problem appears again.
