I have my wav file as input which created a FSB with different flags like -optimize_samplerate but I would like to be able to open the FSB after, so I can see what is the bitrate after, etc. I try to use the same pipeline for PS3 and Wii and I was wondering if optimize_samplerate does a good job of reducing the sound to use it on wii or it will need to be done by the sound designer and create a different .wav to a lower bitrates, etc.
