Hello dear FMOD designers!
Could you help me with one issue? We have lot of character footsteps in the project, and i’m wondering if it’s possible to create an event where the footstep sound will collapse into one crowd footsteps event in a case of max play count. Is it possible to use just FMOD tools or we need to change code for this task?

Code. Events can’t trigger or manipulate other events by default, though it would be incredibly awesome if they could.

Something like

if (activeFootsteps >= maxFootsteps)
play ‘project/eventgroup/crowd_steps’;
else play ‘project/eventgroup/single_steps’;

Easy.
