You should first use the search because this question has been answered in the past.

It basically works by simply importing the fmod.bas with the vb6->vb.net conversion tool.

Reply to Adion:
The Problem is, i don’t have this conversion tool.
I have VS.Net Enterprise Architect version and not the Prof. version.

I really think the Enterprise edition should have the conversion tool too.
Have you tried opening a visual basic 6 project in your vs.net?

If you really can’t I’ll post the vb.net declarations for fmod.

When i open a vb6 project a error msg appears:

German: “Das Visual-Basic 6.0 Migrationstool ist nicht auf diesem Computer installiert.”

Englisch: “The Vb6 conversiontool isn’t installed on this pc”

what can i do??? Thank you for your help ๐Ÿ˜‰

The enterprise architect edition should be the most complete edition available as far as I know, and I think you should just run the setup again and see if you can somewhere select to install this tool.
