all,
I’m using FMod in a vc++ 5 MFC project, and I’m getting odd effects. It can crash whenever I open a certain .wav file which opens fine in other wav editors.
Also, I have set up my program to view set-width windows of the wav, one at a time. If I use FSOUND_Sample_SetLoopPoints(), having already set the mode to FSOUND_LOOP_NORMAL, then FSOUND_PlaySound (FSOUND_FREE, ptr) doesn’t just play that short section, but plays from the start to that section, then loops it.
Any ideas on either of these?
cheers,

appologies, FMOD probably isn’t crashing, it’s my vc program. The file opens fine in other editors, like I mentioned. Is there any easy way to check out the wav file, without delving into the bytes?
cheers,
