Private Declare Sub CopyMemory Lib “kernel32” Alias “RtlMoveMemory” (ByRef Destination As Any, ByRef Source As Any, ByVal length As Integer)

it says that the syntax “any” is no longer supported…what can i do?

it returns this in the debugger:
C:\netxp\fmodapi370win32\samplesvb\simplest\Simplest.NET1\FMod.vb(889): ‘As Any’ is not supported in ‘Declare’ statements.

plz help!!!

I don’t know much about vb.net yet, but one thing you could do is make a declaration for each type that you want to copy.
For example, if you want to move an array of Integer’s, declare it as follows :

Private Declare Sub CopyMemoryInt Lib “kernel32” Alias “RtlMoveMemory” (ByRef Destination As Integer, ByRef Source As Integer, ByVal length As Integer)
