Running Purify (a memory checker) in Windows 2000, it flags a memory leak at the following line in our code where we load sound samples using FMOD 3.63:

FSOUND_SAMPLE *pSample = FSOUND_Sample_Load(FSOUND_FREE, byteBuffer, FSOUND_2D | FSOUND_LOADMEMORY, bufferSize);

where byteBuffer is the loaded sound sample. The leak is much smaller than the size of the byte buffers passed in, and the sounds play fine… Is there a leak in FSOUND_Sample_Load?
