Hello!
I´m some of my sounds get played with the double speed. A have one specific sound (a 22050Hz sample) that doesn´t play right, this one always plays at double speed. It doesn´t matter if I load and play it as a stream or a sample.
I do not use the FSOUND_SetFrequency and the mixer i set to mix at 44100Hz. I have two other sounds that is 44100Hz samples, they sometimes play at double speed as well. One situation is when the listener is approaching two emitters (two channels playing from one sample) at the same distance from the listener a little bit apart, one does sound right but the other is playing at double speed, if I place the listener between the emitters i can verify that I didn´t hear wrong. It doesn´t matter if I move the listener of stay still (that could indicate that I miscalculated the velocity vector).
There all 3D positioned and setup with FSOUND_HW3D.

my system.
Win2k.
DX8
FMOD3.4
Soundblaster live1024

Anyone encountered this? Brett, is it a confirmed bug or should i dig deeper?

Hello!
All samples are wav, they are all 44100, the mixer is set to 44100 and the GetDefaults reports that the files are in 44100Hz. The files are created with Sound Forge.

I´ll get back on Sunday with some more specifics..
regards
Pontus
