Do you know how in Unreal 1, sometimes the music jumps to a different part of the track, when a dangeroud monster appears to get action music?

Most umx files of Unreal have two different looping parts, one for the “relax” music and one for the action music, and the game can jump between these two at any time.

I’d like to do something similar with xm files using fmod, but how can I do that? Can I jump to an arbitrary pattern of a song with a command?

You can use FMUSIC_SetRowCallback[/url:2ers8ilp] to synchronize your song to events when a “special” row is reached or FMUSIC_SetOrder[/url:2ers8ilp] to jump to the order you want when it is required.
