I’m working with hardware sounds and as a result the
levels don’t work with it (not being passed though the FMOD software
engine).

I’m now using FSOUND_Stream_CreateDSP and am trying to
create a DSP unit to perform the function of FSOUND_GetCurrentLevels

.. Basically what I need to know is how to I get the timing correct.

Do I simply take the stream postion and mod with the buffersize?
How do I get accurate levels?

It would be interesting to get the algorithm that FMOD uses for the software implementation. :)
