I read about the winamp dsp plugins for FMOD

But i didn’t see anything about vis plugins
This is a plugin for my media player, but with simple modifications
you can get it to work with your player.

It is still buggy. when you try to close the plugin, it will
crash. If anyone can improve this code and make it work better
that would be awsome. It was a little hard converting FMOD’s spectrum
and Scope data, but it works.

download the source code in vb6

My DLL support Vis/Dsp/Input plugin without bugs except for some rare Vis (Geiss). There is support for VB, Delphi, PureBasic and C/C++ :)

Do you have something downloadable KarlKoX?
Would be cool to see the two of these. (Delphi preffered if you have separate libs)

You can find it [url=http://starnetasso.free.fr/Upload/Winamp-FMOD.rar:2ehigjlf]here[/url:2ehigjlf].
In the Delphi example, you must click first on a Vis plugin before starting it, it is my first Delphi program and i ve uninstalled Delphi, this is why i didn’t fix it

Sonique vis (even some of them are beautifull) never interested me but i think you could adapt the code from the winamp dll to load sonique vis, almost all players use the same scheme for their plugins. (retrieve the pointer to a struct from the exported symbol ==> call the function pointers)

Thanks for the info. I’ll take a look in Sonique’s vis.h file and your Winamp.DLL
