hi there,
i use kylix 3 open edition on linux. it’s a very simple sourcecode:
[code:2rrb24wx]program mk;

{$APPTYPE CONSOLE}

uses
SysUtils, fmod, fmodtypes, fmoderrors, fmodpresets;

var
str1:pfsoundstream;
chan1:integer;

const name=’/home/keeper/test.mp3′;

begin
writeln(’Music Keeper v0.01’);
FSOUND_Init(44100, 128, 0);
str1 := FSOUND_Stream_OpenFile(name, FSOUND_NORMAL, 0);
chan1 := FSOUND_Stream_Play(FSOUND_FREE, str1);
readln;
fsound_stream_close(str1);
fsound_close;
end.[/code:2rrb24wx]
compiling is without any errors. if i run the program it puts out this:
./mk: relocation error: ./mk: undefined symbol: FSOUND_Stream_OpenFile

how to fix it?
i hope you can help me because i’ve never found a linux-compatible sound-library like fmod.

In the last versions of Fmod FSOUND_Stream_OpenFile is not used. This function now is called FSOUND_Stream_Open.
