This is probably an easy question, but whatever.
I am making an mp3 for a project and am trying to get the spectrum analysis working. I havn’t had any trouble using any of the other functions or structures in FMOD but… this one is giving me some trouble.
F_FLOAT_API * F_API
Is not accepted by the compiler as a valid structure. I have used the stream/sample and other structures in this manner fine in the past, but for some reason this float structure which is supposed to store that 512 array of values from getspectrum is not being accepted… I tried looking through the .h but didn’t have much luck finding this structure.
Anyone have an idea of what I am doing wrong? I have tried many variations of F_FLOAT_API * F_API just incase they made a spelling error, but none of them are working

so I can just make my own float array to catch the data from getspectrum?
I wasn’t changing fmod.h I was just trying to create a structure in my program using different variations of the struct name. But if I can just make my own float array and use that to grab the data, that would be just fine by me.
