Live Update Syncing Question

Hello Firelight,

I was curious if there are things to avoid doing while Live Update is ‘Syncing’ when first clicked.

Are there possible issues if an action is done before the sync is ‘On’?

“Syncing” indicates that your game is being updated with all the changes you’ve made to your FMOD Studio project since the last time you exported the banks. It’s fine to make changes to your FMOD Studio project as normal while your project is syncing.

That said, if your project takes a long time to sync, it may be because you have made a large number of changes since you last exported your project’s banks to your game. If this is the case, I recommend rebuilding and reexporting all changed banks.
