Stalling when jumping from one transition region to another

Hello:

My FMOD Studio Event is stalling when jumping from one Transition Region to another.

I am using a iMac (OS Yosemite) and FMOD Studio version 1.10.00.

I have a single audio track with the appropriate Markers, Tempo Markers, and Transition Regions with Parameter Conditions whose values do not overlap.

I have Quantization set on the Quarter Note with 100% probability.

The Cursor will not jump from Marker A to Marker B. It stalls right on the first beat of Marker B. However, if I start on Marker B or Marker C, the Cursor jumps precisely where it is suppose to.

Why is the Cursor only getting stuck when trying to Jump from A to B?
