I have tested this against FMOD Studio 1.08.00.
The following music stream url plays garbled and broken within my application and the net_stream example and can sometimes cause fmod to crash.

I have tested it and reproduced the problem. A fix will be in 1.08.01 which should be out within the next 7 days.
