Is there a way to remove the doppler effect on a per sound basis?

I have a listener moving at relatively high speeds and a number of 3D sounds that play and can be affected by doppler. However I also have some sounds that should not be effected by doppler. However setting the velocities of these sounds in 3D has no effect and they are badly effected by doppler (my sound source is moving around and changing direction alot).
