Hey, im having alot of trouble trying to get FMOD to play sounds when an event occurs in my game like i.e. if(BulletFire)Play sound etc, it seems that FMOD will only play a sound if the program has to suspend for a key to be pressed etc? I can’t use do while loop e.g.
bool playSound = false;
playSound = true
play sound etc
as that halts the entire game loop until the sound is played?
Any help please? Thanks.
p.s. im using .NET 2003 VC++
