I am unable to compile FMOD into our engine using Open Watcom 1.5. This is a fairly common thing with Watcom due to differing calling conventions between compilers.
Has anyone found a good solution for this problem? The only option I see is to create wrappers for all of the functions in the FMOD libraries, and I really don’t want to do that.

You can create your own export librarry from fmodex.dll using wlink.exe i think.
That only allows you to use the C interface to fmod ex though not the C++ interface due to incompatible symbol mangling (this is already discussed in the stuck topic at the top of the forum).
