In FMOD Designer tool when I click on the group, on the right bottom in the property tab there are 3 fields – Name, Notes, User Properties. However I can’t find API that will give me access to the user properties of the EventGroup, similar to the Event API. ( getProperty … etc. )
How can I access EventGroup UserProperties through API ?

Seems odd then, as the 4.04.27 PC version has getProperty for Event and EventGroup. EventCategory doesn’t though, but there isn’t a way to set User Properties on that in Designer anyway (on this version at least, don’t know if it’s been added since then).
I’d be surprised if there was as much discrepancy between the versions, so is this maybe a documentation problem and it does actually work?

there is nothing strange going on, stable branch just doesnt have features added to it.
If you want new features use the dev branch.
Noone should be using stable branch at this point, as we are about to upgrade dev branch to 4.05.00 stable, and the old stable branch will be dumped.
We are on Xbox360 FMOD 4.04.18 API( yes, it is not up to date, but there are various reasons for not being on the latest … will move soon to 4.04.28 .. or .29) and there is NO getProperty method in EventGroup class.
I just installed Xbox360 FMOD 4.04.28 API and there is NO getProperty method in EventGroup class.
class EventCategory doesn’t have getProperty method either.
