In the example of 3D sounds that comes with FMOD Ex, there is [code:1znybibi] system->update();
Sleep(INTERFACE_UPDATETIME - 1);[/code:1znybibi] and the define is
[code:1znybibi]const int INTERFACE_UPDATETIME = 50; // 50ms update for interface[/code:1znybibi]
my question, is that Sleep needed?, Is it always needed or only in this example because when I use the Sleep in my project my fps gets locked pretty bad.
