Greetings – I am getting a crash, on the Wii only, when setting the time offset of a sound that is non-streaming, and has embedded syncpoints.
I am also using the designer, and get the same behavior whether I call Event->SetProperty(FMOD_EVENTPROPERTY_TIMEOFFSET), then
Event … GetChannelGroup … GetChannel … Channel->setPosition()
I am using version 4.20.05
The call stack looks like it is trying to internally update the syncpoints in the channel to account for the time offset. No additional info or error status from the log.
It looks like we can currently work around it by using streaming sounds, but I wanted to post what we found since it could be an internal bug… I can provide an example sound if necessary.

I just tried to make a separate case, duplicating the crash… however it works fine now. The original case has been overwritten, so at the moment, I am attributing it to an inconsistent fsb/fev build – if it happens again though, I will just send the whole fev/fsb set over. Thanks –
