Is there any way of changing the source paths for wav files within the banks? I have a load of folders – the contents of which have been imported into FMod – that I’d like to simply move into a sub-folder in order to tidy up our project directory. Obviously just moving files causes the banks to ‘red out’, so I’m wondering if there’s a way to point the banks to the ‘missing’ wav files? I can’t see any obvious method myself.

Depending on how you’re moving the files you can probably open the FMOD project file (it’s XML) and do a search and replace to do this – you’ll need to use a wildcard / regular expression based search – something like
You’d then need to move all the waves to their new locations.
If there’s not too many waves it’d probably be easier and safer to manually search through the XML and change the <filename> field in each <waveform>.
[b]EDIT:[/b] Obviously this is pretty high risk – make sure you back everything up before trying this!
