Hi,

I’m currently writing a sound placement editor so our guys can place sounds visually directly into the game world, drag them around, etc. I’d really like to have a visual way of representing things such as audible range, 3D min and Max distances but I can’t find any way of accessing these. This would also be very useful when managing the events (I can free them up when out of range).

Is there any way I can get this info?

Hi anparton,

Take a look at Event::getProperty with FMOD_EVENTPROPERTY_3D_MINDISTANCE and FMOD_EVENTPROPERTY_3D_MAXDISTANCE.
