I have created many Designer projects before. Built them and auditioned them in FMOD Sandbox. I just upped to the latest stable versions of FMOD Designer 2010 and upped to latest version of Sandbox. But when I try to place an event as an emitter in Sandbox I get the following message:

ERROR! FMOD: (25) Unsupported file or audio format

I have built the project with many different bank settings and platform settings but to no avail. I feel like there is something obvious that I am missing but can’t seem to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

System:
Mac PowerBook Pro 10.6.8
2.53Ghz Intel Core i5

Same problem here. What gives?

There has been a recent change to the file format, so the most recent version of Sandbox cannot read the newest version of FEV. Due to recent complications in build pipeline it may take a while for us to release an updated Sandbox version which supports the latest version of designer. In the mean time you could try downgrading your designer version if you need to use Sandbox. I apologise for any inconvenience.
