As the VB6 declarations are not included anymore (always were sort of outdated), I decided to do some updates:

exinfo as Any; This is still compatible with the FMOD_CREATESOUNDEXINFO
structure, but you can also pass null instead (byval 0)
– FMOD_System_GetDriverCaps: Removed minfrequency and maxfrequency, added
controlpaneloutputrate parameter
Wrappers:
– FMOD_System_CreateSound: no longer using FMOD_CREATESOUNDEXINFO
