Hi everyone.

I’ve got a weird error when trying to compile fmodex. I simply took my fmodex static library that I had working fine under Visual Studio 2008 and loaded it into Visual Studio 2010. Now it won’t compile. I get the following errors in…

Has anyone seen this problem?

Thanks in advance (hopefully)!

Just a follow up with a few extra details.

Firstly, the error line should be:

Operating system is Window7 (64-bit). But as I mentioned, I’ve been compiling this code successfully on another Windows7 64-bit machine running VS 2008. So I’m fairly sure that the difference is VS 2010 rather than the fact that I’m running on a different machine. Incidentally, I came across quite a number of other compile errors in our code base (500k lines) when transferring from VS 2008 and VS 2010. All of these turned out to be a result of Microsoft changing their compiler in VS 2010 (it now seems to be a lot less tolerant of certain constructs than was the case with VS 2008, particularly casting constraints and various other bits and pieces). This is why I’m thinking that the problem is some sort of VS 2010 issue.
