One Event in our project always stops immediately after calling event->start(). This is reproducable with your FMOD Event Player.

Event data:
* 3d (just fail if quietest)
* Max Playbacks: 6
* custom distance parameter [0; 900]
* Effects:
** Volume
** 3D Pan Level
** FMOD Highpass Simple

When I start the event >900 units away from the listener, the sound immediately stops after calling event->start()

I’ll email you our reduced project files with two events: one is working as expected, the other isn’t.

hi, you don’t need event player to test this, just drag your cursor all the way to the right in the event editor and it wont work either. Its because you haven’t dragged the sound box all the way to the right (there is a gap) so the cursor is not going to trigger that sound definition.
