Using an old version of FMOD (3.75) and whenever my app is running and user unplugs USB headset (and apparently, external monitor) the app crashes. Removing FMOD from build makes crash go away. Suspect latest version of FMOD Ex will help but hoping to avoid the changes required to our code there – at least in the short term.
Wondering if there is a fix or work-around for v3.75 that I can use.

It is likely that FMOD v3.75 doesn’t handle device removal very cleanly and unfortunately there is no work around or fix for such an old code base. I would recommend porting to FMOD Ex which can detect device removal and give you options on how to proceed.
