I’d like apply a DSP in a group of Events, but not all Events.
In the tutorial in the API, I saw there’s a way that is adding DSPs in a channelGroup.
Well, I could use Event::getChannelGroup to get the channel group that some specific event is using. However, I cannot set my other desired Events to use that channel group where I’d like to apply the DSP.
And the tutorial doesn’t mention anything about FMOD Event System as well.

Is there any way that I can do that? Thank you very much.

yes, use categories, set up a category and have your specific events in it, then use EventCategory::getChannelGroup, then add your DSP to that.

I got a further question. That is, how to ensure other Event Categories wouldn’t use THAT ChannelGroup that I getChannelGroup where I added DSPs?

Otherwise I would hear the DSP-processed sound in some other undesired Categories.
