it was looking like i have to use FSOUND_FORCEMONO to me too.
but then i get the error FMOD_ERR_INVALID_PARAM. 😥

in the stream sample it works very fine.
without any problem.
But on my app not.
I allways get the err FMOD_ERR_INVALID_PARAM, if I try to load a stream into hardware (no problem with FSOUND_2D). 😮
any suggestions what could be wrong with my app?(there are no problems with 3d-samples)

but it is interesting that FSOUND_GetError() give back 14 (FMOD_ERR_INVALID_PARAM) if you call it after the open func.
(thats what confused me) even in the stream – example program.
(if you call FSOUND_GetError() also on an valid sample pointer you can see it).
