I am using FMOD to concurrently stream 2 tracks. One is muted, the other is full volume. The two tracks are different versions of the same piece of music; one more intesne than the other.
At certain points in the game, I switch round the soloing/muting, to change to a more intense version of the track.
My problem is syncronization. The two tracks run cooncurrently and are set to loop. After a while, they drift. To combat this, I wish to have a callback set when either of the tracks begines a new loop. If the callback comes from the track that is soloed, the other track is forced to the start of its stream.
However, I’m having all sorts of problems with the callbacks.
Rather then me describe in detail the 4-5 methods I have tried; can anyone suggest a method?
