Hello everyone

I wonder is it possible to somehow put some randomization factor into sound automation of pitch and volume which is looped? I mean exactly situation where I have 5s loop of pretty detailed sound which after being repeated several times we know it’s the same sound over again. Randomize of pitch and volume parameter for every sound repetition doesn’t work, it’s just make it strange.

I would be grateful for any ideas.

This should work. Instead of using a single sound that loops, use a sound on a timeline that is not set to loop, and instead right click and add a new loop region.

Your sound is now effectively gaplessly re-triggering repeatedly, which now allows you to go to the sound properties, right click on volume and pitch and ‘add modulation->random’ to both, and set your randomization range.
