Where can I find the log file for Studio?

I need to look up some details in Studio’s log file, but I can’t seem to find it.

On Windows:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\FMOD Studio

​On Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/FMOD Studio

The easiest way to get there on a Mac is selecting Go > Go to Folder… in the Finder menu bar.
